How Do I Apply?
To apply for the Educational Talent Search Program in Waterloo, parent(s) must complete an Application, School Records Release Form and Social Media Form. Completed applications can be mailed or dropped off to the address below. To download a paper copy of the application, click on Program Forms and select Educational Talent Search Application link.
